Connor completed his Bachelor of Science (honours) in Life Sciences at Queen’s University in 2019. Following this, he went on to complete his Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland in 2022. Upon completion of his degree in Glasgow, Connor worked in the Scottish National Health
Service for two years in different musculoskeletal outpatient clinics. This included treatment of acute and chronic conditions, post-surgical rehab, and sports-related injuries.
Outside of his regular work, Connor has worked on and off the field with high-level athletes at the University of
Stirling to get them back to sport as soon as able.
Having worked previously in public health,
Connor has worked with people of all age groups and abilities and believes in finding a treatment plan that is best suited to a patient’s individual goals.
Since practicing as a Physiotherapist in the UK, Connor has also completed a McKenzie Method course, which
focusses on assessment and treatment of the lumbar spine. This method of treatment focusses on classification and appropriate management of the different causes for low back pain.

Originally from Newfoundland, Michael completed both his Bachelor of Kinesiology (honours) and Masters of Kinesiology at Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2014 and 2016, respectively. During that time he also completed his Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) certificate from the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP). In 2018 Michael completed his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University.
Following his time at Dalhousie, Michael worked in paediatrics in Newfoundland through a Janeway Outreach clinic working with children with developmental, neurological, and orthopaedic concerns. In 2019, he moved back to Nova Scotia and since then has been treating patients of all ages with musculoskeletal conditions, ranging from physical activity for recreation to high performance athletes.
Since finishing school, Michael has completed postgraduate education and has acquired his Certification in Dry Needling, and is currently working towards completing his course work in advanced manual therapy techniques. Greg received his BSc in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University. He graduated with first class Honours among the top of his class, with his thesis research pertaining to physical activity adherence. He has worked in the fitness industry for nearly 5 years as a Personal Trainer.
Greg spent many years as a competitive soccer and basketball player, where he discovered the importance of physical activity for mental and physical well being. After several injuries he realized the key role resistance training plays in the rehabilitative process as well as preventing further injuries. Dr. Lauren Holmes was born and raised in Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia. As a former competitive gymnast and figure skater, she is no stranger to athletic injuries which lead her to complete a Bachelor of Kinesiology at Acadia University where she gained experience working with both the women’s varsity cross country and basketball teams. She then obtained her chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she graduated with summa cum laude.

Sarah grew up in Surrey, British Columbia and completed her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. After competing for the UBC women’s soccer team, she transitioned into athletic training and worked with the UBC men’s rugby team for two years.
Following graduation, her passion for travel took her to New Zealand, where she volunteered as a sideline medic for Wellington’s Marist St. Pats Rugby Club. It was here that she decided she wanted to pursue Physiotherapy and moved to Halifax to do so.
Sarah graduated from Dalhousie in 2021 with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy. Her primary interests are sports injuries, orthopaedic conditions, and active rehabilitation. She is well-versed in the return-to-sport process and offers taping for preventative and rehabilitative purposes. Originally from New Brunswick, Dr. Lauren Quinn, ND completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Mount Allison University and then moved to Toronto to pursue her studies in Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). She completed her internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic (RSNC) with a specialty shift in pediatrics, Sherbourne Health Centre, and Brampton Naturopathic Clinic at Brampton Civic Hospital. After graduating, she was accepted into a competitive two-year residency program at CCNM. During the residency she was a clinic supervisor, overseeing interns and patient care at the RSNC, Anishnawbe Health Centre, and Sherbourne Health Centre. She was also involved as a Teaching Assistant in a variety of courses such as Men’s & Women’s Health, Physiology, Physical and Clinical Diagnosis, Botanical Medicine, Primary Care, and Research. She has a particular interest in the treatment of repetitive strain injuries, sport injuries and postural strains.
